Quick, easy & nutritious

Protein - packed yogurt bowls! ✓

Mornings are busy, right? Right. Mine are usually spent journalling, hitting the gym, and rushing out to get my dog out for a walk - all before I settle into work around 9am. I was never the person who could intermittent fast. For me, as soon as I wake up, I need water, coffee, and a healthy bite to eat. And so, for the last few months or so, I’ve been pretty loyal to perfecting the art of yogurt bowl making :).

Yogurt bowls are easy to make and incredibly versatile. You can add any kind of fresh fruit or other toppings that you like and create a unique combination every day. Not only are they delicious but they're also full of probiotics that can help boost your immune system too!

What I use:

  • High-protein greek yogurt (as authentic as you can find), with no added sugar or flavour… I stick to good ol’ plain

  • Blueberries - packed with flavonoids and anti-inflammatory properties, and low glycemic, these babies are always in my fridge

  • Nuts, seeds, or granola (no sugar added, and if you can find, organic and source local)

  • All-natural peanut butter (just a teaspoon… tablespoon…)

  • Chia seeds & hemp seeds (add in some omega!)

These are just my personal fave’s! You can add in a wee bit of raw honey for added sweetness, or other types of berries and seeds for a change up in flavour.

However you make them, yogurt bowls are a great way to start your day. They can be made in just minutes, and they're delicious!

They're also healthy, so you'll be getting all of the nutrients you need for a productive day.

If you're looking for a healthy breakfast, yogurt bowls are the perfect way to start. They're easy to make and can be customized to your taste. You can try different flavors of yogurt or add some fresh fruit and nuts for added flavor.
